When I first met Cam it was a grey, wet day in February. The idea of an outdoor ceremony for an Autumn wedding at Barnsley House seemed both wonderful (outside! Bright daylight! Autumnal leaves!) and somewhat well, brave (outside? Rain and grey skies? Freezing temperatures in October?) at the same time. But when I looked up at Cam and saw her face shining so brightly with excitement for this plan, I got the impression that the phrase “good things happen to good people” might just be true. And it was.
Early on a Thursday morning in late October, the grey skies decided they could take a little break. And that’s how Cam and Dom had the most beautiful outdoor ceremony under autumnal leaves followed by drinks in the garden and no rain or freezing temperatures in sight.
