When I first met Laura she immediately enveloped me in a giant hug, then proceeded to tell me everything about her wedding within the next 20 minutes as Bill looked on happily. The second time I met her we shared drinks in the sunshine outside a pub in Marylebone, sitting on the pavement as Bill was at home recovering from his stag do. The third time I met Laura she opened the door of a hotel room with a giant grin on her face on the day she got married to Bill.
The next time I saw Laura she walked into a room full of her nearest and dearest at Stoke Newington Town Hall, her eyes firmly fixed on Bill and not letting go.
Laura and Bill had a proper East London wedding. Staying at the Boundary Hotel they started out in style, continued in that fashion with a fantastic ceremony at Stoke Newington Town Hall and ended the day with a massive party at The Queens pub in Crouch End. There were tears and laughter and hugs and dancing and I would be hard pressed to find anyone that looked as happy as Laura and Bill did that day.
Big thanks goes to my friend Adam Crohill for helping me out that day. I apologise for breaking your back but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do to get a shot! Laura and Bill, thank you so much for having us there on your wedding day – big fat congratulations and all the happiness in the world!
