Aynhoe Park is quite possibly the most perfect venue for Amrita and Adrian’s wedding day. With an interior filled to the brim with exclusive art installations, taxidermy and bespoke furniture and sloping gardens with green lawns and lush trees the backdrop for their English-Indian wedding was set.
The English civil ceremony took place in the bright and sun filled orangery and the Hindu ceremony followed outside under a (suitably) burning afternoon sun. Amrita changed from a golden wedding dress (I know!) by Sarah Seven into another sparkly golden Sari and back into her first dress. There was an abundance of flowers, bowl food and canapés, ice cream, fresh mango lassi and champagne – in short, it was the most perfect summery, glamorous, joyful wedding day. And with these two wonderful and beautiful people being so obviously happy to be with each other, how could it not?
Congratulations, you two and a big thank you for making my assistant Anja and me feel so very welcome.
