Imagine Scotland in early March. And then imagine a sunny Saturday morning with rays of sun warming the air which smells of Spring. Both of these things happened at the same time last week in Edinburgh for Siobhan and Alex’ wedding. As well as haggis bonbons, oysters, bag pipes and a whole lot of tartan.However I didn’t see a single thistle growing anywhere. I’ll just need to come back.
Congratulations Siobhan and Alex, and thank you for taking us to beautiful sunny Scotland. I imagine it’s always like this up North. More to come.
